Spectroradiometer measurements generate large amount of data that requires pre-processing prior to analysis. In this publication Alexander Koc (pictured), Tina Henriksson and Aakash Chawade developed an interactive online tool called Specalyzer to assist in pre-processing, outlier detection and estimation of over 120 vegetation indices from the hyperspectral data.
