At the third NordPlant annual meeting, we will arrange a combined tech corner and poster session on Thursday 25 November, 16.00-17.00. This will take place entirely in Zoom, to enable those that are participating remotely to both present and to see posters. Those who wish to present posters, as well as companies who wish to take part in the tech corner will be assigned to a breakout room. We will then provide a list of breakout rooms and poster titles to the participants.
For those of you presenting, please prepare your poster in the following way:
- Make one slide that you can share in you breakout room.
- The slide should be legible to a participant viewing it on their computer.
- Since this slide will probably contain less information than a traditional poster, please also prepare some points that you can bring up to people who visit your breakout room.
The session will use this Zoom meeting, with the passcode 420462. Please send an email to Svante Resjö by Monday 22 November at the latest if you want to present a poster or if you have any questions about this session!
